Kids Camp Day One






It is morning, day 2. The kids are still asleep, so this is the calm before the storm. Day one was fairly uneventful. The water park was fun. It was not crowded at all, and the kids were able to ride water slides without waiting in line for very long. It was kind of cold. We have some minor sunburns.
Our first service went well. The worship team led by Katie and Michelle was fantastic, again. We had a combined service last night, since we arrived later in the day. Today, we will have two separate services, one for the Elementary Kids and one for the 5th and 6th graders.
It looks like it is going to be a beautiful day. It is actually a little cool this morning, a slight wind off the lake.

Looks like everyone had a great first day!!! Can't wait for pictures of the second day! I'm sure Christlyn was one of the sunburned kids...I realized after she left that I packed the sunscreen but forgot to put any on her before she left...OOOPS!
